A garland "tassel" in pastel tones, designed by My Little Day, to achieve from tissue paper sheets.
Once completed and hooked, this chain will have a magical effect on a wall, ceiling or in a tree Use to decorate a birthday party, a graduation, a wedding, a baby shower, a picnic or even a family celebration!

WARNING: It takes about thirty minutes to complete this chain (see tip below). The kit contains 20 pre-cut tassels to climb a 4.2m wire to make the garland and twists for tassels mylar (shiny).
Colors: white, cream, champagne and gold mylar.
